Dear Folks,
Here's the info on our next little festival:  Lady Bird Lake Fest at 
Fiesta Gardens, Friday, May 30, 9am-2pm.  It's a rare event for the 
venue, the Fiesta Gardens Lagoon.

To all my paddling friends:  bring a boat and enjoy it from the water!

Bill Oliver's Lady Bird Lake Fest is a kid- and family-friendly arts
festival and eco-fair.  Experience arts and nature at this highly
interactive event that's both fun and educational, with a focus on the 
ecology of the Colorado River.
 
Featuring music by Bill Oliver and the Otter Space Band, puppet theater 
by the Purple Palace Puppets, and songs & stories with  Sue Young, the
festival also includes hands-on nature exhibits related to
river ecology and interactive activities such as a strolling
pirate, hula hoops, and more.
