Hi Dick, I'd like to introduce you to my friend Suzanne who wants to rent
out her organic farm (5 acres?) & large farmhouse (only $1200 a month!!!) in
Oak Hill for a year while she is in Colorado getting a master's degree.  She
can contact you to let you know the particulars.  It's a beautiful place.
Suzanne,  Dick is our resident Permaculture guru and could send out the
word. I'd hate to see you sell the place, it being your family  homestead,
and you'll have a place to come home to!  When do you leave?
